1. General Provisions & Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply between the 77jya online gaming platform ("Platform" or "77jya") and any user of the platform ("Member" or "you"). The following terms used in these Terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" — The 77jya.bar website and all associated services.
• "Member" — Anyone who has opened an account on 77jya and is using the platform.
• "Bet" — Any amount of money placed on any game or sportsbook on the platform.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional offer or additional credit provided by 77jya.
• "Real Money" — Actual funds deposited into a member's own account, separate from any bonus.

By accessing the platform, you are considered to have confirmed that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To use the 77jya platform, you must be at least 21 years of age. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. 77jya may request proof of age verification at any time and reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account until verification is complete.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each member may hold only one account. If a single person is found to have multiple accounts, 77jya reserves the right to close the additional accounts and confiscate their funds.

2.3 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

All information provided when opening an account must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in account termination and confiscation of funds.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

Account security is entirely the member's own responsibility. Keep your password confidential and do not share it with any third party. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the 77jya support team immediately.

• Never share your account login details with anyone else.
• Always log out after use, especially on shared devices.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Avoid clicking on phishing or fraudulent links.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at 77jya is ৳300. The same minimum limit applies for each payment method. Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. 77jya reserves the right to request identity verification before processing a withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be made via the same payment method used for the deposit, unless 77jya approves otherwise.

4.3 Legitimacy of Funds

All funds deposited into an account must be legally obtained. 77jya reserves the right to investigate suspicious transactions and, where necessary, notify the relevant regulatory authorities.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw a bonus, you must complete wagering of 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: a ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 in wagering must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own expiry date and specific conditions.
• If an unusual betting pattern is observed on an account using a bonus, 77jya reserves the right to cancel that bonus.
• Another bonus cannot be activated while one is already active, unless 77jya specifically approves it.
• Misuse of bonuses or participation in bonus arbitrage may result in account closure.
• 77jya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. The outcome of all bets shall be considered final as per the platform's records. If incorrect values or incomplete bets are displayed due to a technical error, 77jya reserves the right to void that bet.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

• Any form of fraud, manipulation, or deceptive activity.
• Placing bets using software or automated bots.
• Claiming bonus benefits through multiple accounts.
• Placing bets in collusion or in coordination with other members.
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems or network.

7. Fair Play & Security

77jya is committed to operating a safe and fair platform. SSL encryption is used on the platform to keep your personal and financial information secure. Our games are powered by internationally recognized software providers and are regularly monitored to ensure fair play.

77jya reserves the right to conduct investigations into suspicious activity and to temporarily or permanently suspend an account where necessary. During an investigation, the member concerned may be required to provide relevant information and documents.

8. Responsible Gaming

77jya believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and should be enjoyed responsibly. We advise our members to keep the following points in mind:

• Only spend money that you can afford to lose without it affecting your life.
• Treat gaming as entertainment, not as a source of income.
• Set your own limits on time and money spent.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 77jya platform — logos, trademarks, designs, software, text, graphics, and other materials — is the intellectual property of 77jya. 11. Service Termination & Account Closure

11.1 77jya's Rights

77jya reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account, for any reason and without prior notice. This applies in particular in the following cases:

• Any breach of these terms.
• Suspicion of involvement in fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Suspicion of financial misuse or money laundering.
• Failure to meet legal or regulatory requirements.

11.2 Member's Rights

Any member may request the closure of their account at any time. This process can be completed by contacting the support team. Before account closure, the member will be given the opportunity to withdraw any available real funds; however, any bonus with incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited.

12. Limitation of Liability

77jya accepts no liability for the following:

• Session loss due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Faults with the member's own device or software.
• Payment delays caused by third-party service failures.
• Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) — natural disasters, government intervention, or communication infrastructure failure.

77jya strives to operate the platform to the highest technical standards. However, 77jya is not liable for temporary unavailability due to technical reasons.

After receiving a complaint, 77jya will review it within a reasonable time and inform the member of the outcome. If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, you may request a review at a higher level.

14. Changes to Terms

77jya reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes where possible. Continuing to use the platform after any changes are made means you are considered to have accepted the updated terms. It is therefore recommended that you revisit this page regularly.
